We strive to foster a work environment and work relationship with our employees that is mutually beneficial for all, the customers, the company and the employees so that we can fulfill our mission to exceed all customer requirements in regards to delivery, service and quality.

A vital part of a good work environment is work safety. The management team of Wieland Metals sees this as one of its key tasks that we encourage everyone to work safely, to be aware of risks and to act responsibly so that accidents and their potential serious consequences to the employee's life, their families and the company can be avoided. Management supports strongly all activities that are work safety related and sees work safety as a continuous improvement process. Our employees get trained accordingly and are provided with all necessary equipment to protect them in this work environment.

Our management representative for work safety provides support to all employees in maintaining this policy.
