Quality, Environment and Safety Systems

The Wieland Metals' Quality Policy defines the attitude that all Wieland personnel take to the business process. Wieland personnel are continually seeking to improve the materials and processes used to provide our customers with products going beyond their requirements. Wieland Metals has implemented systems for the management of Quality , Environment and Safety to maintain and improve the quality of the manufacturing processes, the customer products and the working environment for all employees.
The Wieland Metals' Quality Management System is registered to ISO/TS 16949:2002 with materials and processes designed to maintain the highest level of quality meeting and exceeding all industry standards and customer requirements.
Wieland's Quality System is the backbone of the manufacturing processes that provide our customers with products that meet and exceed all their requirements with the knowledge that Wieland Metals will seek to continuously improve the manufacturing processes, the customer product and the environment in which we work and live.
Wieland Metals' Environmental Management System is registered to ISO 14001 which includes compliance with all federal, state and local regulations regarding environmental issues.
Wieland's Environmental System is designed to exceed the standard regulations for environmental protection requirements. This System includes control of all materials used in Wieland Metals manufacturing processes with recycling programs included wherever possible. These include an on-site water treatment system and recycling of metal, paper and oil products used during manufacturing.
